This was fun. I co-produced Kylie's "Abbey Road Sessions" album with Steve Anderson. We spent ten days with Kylie and the band in a rehearsal room, reworking all her hits, and then went into Abbey Road's fabulous Studio 2 to record the album live.For this track, the switch from 4/4 to 6/8 turned a pop classic into something a lot more dramatic.

I played percussion on this, arranged the strings and brass, and mixed it back home at Yellow Arch.
